Guys all of us Want to become strong and healthy but it's not  that easy.we will have to follow some rules and regulations, we will have to change our habits are some more things. So guys in this post I'm going to say you that how can you become strong in 10 days ,
First if all I would like to say that , if we will always want no pain then will not gain anything., So guys follow rules nicely.

1.leave addictive things 

if you have a habit of addictive thing like tobacco, alcohol, and smoking then stop it right now ,if you continue this habit s than you will never become a strong man , so leave all this habits now

2.eat food in time 

,always keep in mind that food is  the only thing from where we get every nutrition , always eat food in time .Don't eat over or less

3. Wake up early 

in morning and go for a walk ,get some fresh air ,after that do some simple exercise, this will keep you healthy and active all day

4 . Eat nutritious fruit ,

 many fruits are there which are very important for our body so eat fruits in regular basic , like banana ,apple ,and some more fruits are there.

5 .Drink milk and fruit juice,

 milk provide us calcium in high amount which will always keep our bones ,strong ,and teeth  as well, it also provide energy to our body.
So guys these were some points which will help you to become strong .

6.do regular exercise 

This will keep our body feat and healthy, it will allow us to live a healthy life,there are many diseases which occur due to lack of exercise,do regular exercise in morning or in evening ,you will get too much benefits ,
